This information is used to obtain payment for products you have purchased from us. This information is taken through a page that is certified as secure. You will note that this page has a web address starting “https”, not “http”. The additional “s” denotes its secure status. Such information is automatically encrypted as soon as you confirm it and passes in encrypted form to our merchant service provider, eWay; who automatically arranges the transfer from your credit card to our bank. Some details of your transaction are accessible by us through eWay’s secure customer management system, such as your name and email and delivery address, but never your credit card details. This allows us to keep track of what transactions have been made. eWay is listed as a participating Organisation of the PCI Security Standards Council and VISA; and is listed as a PCI-DSS Validated Service Provider.
